To delete your Khan Academy account, follow these steps:
1. Log in and follow the URL linked or > Profile Name (top-right corner) > Settings (drop-down menu)
2. Scroll down > Delete your account.
Before the deletion process can be completed, you will be asked to verify your account by typing in your account's password, or by authenticating through Google, Facebook, Clever, or Apple.
Note: If you try to log back in within 48 hours, your account will not be deleted. The account will restore itself and you will be notified of this through an email.
Another thing to keep in mind is that if you have a child's account linked to your account, you must delete all of your child's accounts before deleting your own account.
To delete a child account on the Khan Academy platform:
1. Settings page > scroll down to Child accounts > click on Settings, found on the right side of your child's account
2. Scroll down and click on Delete (child account username). Verify your account to proceed.
