1. Log into www.bt.com/MyBT with your BT ID
If you’ve got broadband with BT, select Your products, then scroll down to the Email tile and select the link to Manage
Premium email customers will need to select the Premium Mail option and then the link to Manage
2. Select the email address or addresses you want to delete and confirm. You may be asked to provide the password.
If you have a Premium email, and you want to delete all email address linked to your account, you’ll need to get in touch (https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt) so they close your billing account. Otherwise you’ll continue to be charged.
