To delete your Scribe account:
1. If you are on the Pro plan and want to close your Scribe Account, you need to reach out to Scribe Support (follow https://support.scribehow.com/hc/en-us/requests/new). You will need to reference the email address associated with the Scribe account you want to delete and request account deletion.
2. If you are on the Free plan:
1) Got to https://www.scribehow.com/workspace
2) Click your account profile icon on the bottom left side
3) Choose ‘Account settings’ in the pop-up menu
4) Click ‘Delete account’ at the bottom of the window
5) Enter your email and click ‘Delete Account’
6) You’ll be signed out and see the account deletion confirmation pop-up in the right top corner of the screen
