1. Go to the Disconnect page in My Verizon (to disconnect a Verizon mobile line or close your Verizon mobile phone account):

2. Select and disconnect each Account Member and Account Manager line.
3. Disconnect the Account Owner line last.
4. Go to your Privacy Dashboard and submit a corresponding request https://www.verizon.com/privacy/your-data
